Sorry for this question in advance but I am having a hard time tracking down a shop manual for my 2004 chopper dt and have a couple questions.
1. is there a choke and where
2. what are the bubbles in the top center of the heads for.
3. where is the best place to try and find a shop manual for my bdm.

They should be electronic and compress automatically when you hit start

Chaz: Eric's right...just put your finger on top of the bubble and press down a bit, then press the starter, and when the started engages, you'll feel the compression release move. Some bikes have the manual releases you describe, but I think all of ours have electronic.

Anyone on here have manual C/R's? When I do the rebuild, Im going to the ones beside the spark plugs. Your thoughts?

You mean you plan to convert to manual compression releases? I read post a couple of years ago where a guy was doing that. Don't see why not.it sure would be one less electric thing to worry about.....
