Broke Dakota Digital Speedo

Function button quit working on my 13 month old Dakota Digital. Need to swap it out so I can return for repair/exchange. Can anyone remind me, of the steps to replace without taking tank off (07 Mastiff). I know it can be done (but it was a bitch).

2 set screws on botton of speedo. very easy

Ground down an Allen. Your right, simple with proper tool.
