How many miles are on it, and how long has it been sitting before you bought it? Jack it up and spin the tires, and apply the brake. Then try to spin the tire right after you release it.

the bike has 8000 miles not sure if it was sitting for any amount of time bought from a dealer I know when I stop it will not roll very well and I can feel it grabbing when I drive away but lets go after a couple yards

old brake lines can swell up on the inside and keep the fluid from going back to the mastercylinder. if you rebuild the calipers and still have the problem, I would change the brake lines.
