Take a drill in the size u Need, and grind him so that he works counterclockwise at the shaft side. Machine turns counterclockwise, screw gets hot and turn out.Can u send one, think the far distance is the Problem, because takes a lot of shipping time. A plan how to grind would help??

I have drilled a few out with the correct size drill bit and left the size the same and just re-tapped it. It's not that difficult, just be careful and don't rush it.
