Brake question

Okay just changed the brake pads on the sled. Rear brake is working as it should. The front brake it not building up any pressure to the piston So I pulled the brake off and removed the brake line I am getting almost no fluid from the reservoir. Decided to check the caliper from my pitbull brake line and sure enough the pistons advance. So I am thinking there is something wrong with the control. Does this sound right ?

Okay so after pulling the master cylinder apart and checking the piston and oring as suggested by Curtis I only found a slight tear in the wiper item no 5 so I decided to visit my local harley dealer for the wiper unfortunately they only sell the whole parts kit for 30.00. So I decided what the hell I am this far might a well. Decided to use all the new parts with the exception of the spring due to it being longer that the stock spring. Anyway got it all installed and still had to work the lever and keep bleeding the air out of the line. After about a thousand times doing this procedure still not getting any pressure on the lever???? Stumped??? Then decided to wrench Down on the bleeder fitting and sure enough pressure builds got it.. Hope this helps

It was tight but decided to give it a real grip. Almost to the point of stripping it. It worked and the bike is running great.


Test ride tonight went well need to adjust the neck the triple trees are off just to the left only by a c..t hair. Going to take it out again tomorrow and get on it come back and check all the bolts.
