Brake problems on my custom

I recently popped a drive belt on my custom chopper and to change the belt you have to take the rear breaks apart to get them off the rotor. I lost alot of fluid so I replace the two Orings between the two halfs of the calliper. Now I can't get back brakes. I can bleeb the air out but it only locks up the back tire. I still have no brakes and can't push the bike. I have taken them apart three times and can't find anything wrong. Any help?

Those are Performance Machine | Motorcycle Wheels, Brakes and Accessories calipers. Lots of custom bikes use them and they are good quality stuff. Make sure you have enough dot 5 fluid in the reservoir and try bleeding it some more. I dont understand why you needed to take the caliper apart instead of just sliding it off the rotor?

if you are sure you are getting all the air out of the entire rear brake system and it still locks up, then you have a problem with your rear master cylinder not releasing completely.

There wasnt enough room between the rim and the calliper to get it off. I have all the air out but no release. How do I check the rear master cylender

If a piston is stuck you may be able to force it back in by prying between the pad and the caliper. It should move pretty easy.

With the rear reservoir cap off you should be able to squeeze the pistons open by hand. If you can't its probably stuck. A rebuild kit may help if its stuck.

I had a car one time that the inside of of the rubber part of the brake line swelled shut. It would let fluid get to the caliper but not back to the master cylinder. The brakes would drag and overheat.
The master cylinder should release the pressure to the wheel cylinder and allow fluid to flow back when the pedal is all the way up. Check that the master cylinder piston isn't sticking. Pull up on the pedal and see if there is any play in the adjustment. If the pedal is coming back up like it is supposed to then open the master cylinder and see if the piston is coming all the way back like it is supposed to.
