Brake line issue?

Energy One
All-
I recently went to ride my bike after having it the garage for about 3 weeks. I found that I had no front brake pressure. I checked the reservoir and it was nearly bone dry. I've checked the line and haven't found any obvious signs of a leak. This seems like an easy fix but I don't want to miss anything. Any help would be appreciated and thanks for the time. Hub:bang:

if you have lost fluid that quick you must have a leak. Empty the system and start again but find the source of the leak first.

You can get some colored die at an autopart or NAPA store. makes the searching easier and your likely going to go thru several loads of brake fluid anyway.

You can also, in a pinch, whenever searching for any oil leak... just use baby powder.

Great for polishing to get rid of the blackness as well.

Throshhammer mine did the same thing on the rear brake a while back, no brake or leaks and my caliper/rotor was hotter than hell, no fluid in the reservoir either so i was thinking WTF, so i added some dot 5 and bleed and test ride, the brake was still dragging, i knew they were getting thin but when i removed them i could see how worn they really were, the reason my reservoir was dry is because all the fluid was in the caliper, as the pads wear the 4 pistons are pushed further outward and its taken more fluid to apply pressure to the pads,i changed mine out yesterday and their working fine now, other than the pin I'm going to have to replace, but yours being on the front you can see the thickness of the pads better than i could on the rear without taking them off Good luck..Dave.
