brake lights sticking on

My brake lights are sticking on guys its a 2007 big dog K9 i have just disconected the battery as it will not go off. help

2nd the main screw on the carb the brass one with the spring any ideas how many turns back out from tight should it be, seems out a lot to me. and the bike surges a bit, i will be putting standard pipes back on as soon as they arrive.

the bike runs better when i lift the choke lever up a little bit. it ticks over better but this must be wrong.

I had the same issue with brake lights once and the cause of my problem was the circuit board in the hand control. I had to replace it.

Does it stick on when pull the front brake lever or when you press the rear foot brake pedal?

front brake i stripped it and its gone of i will monitor it.

oh and i followed the carb setup link on here and thanx to all its running like a dream some divvy in the uk had set the carb up ha he did not have a clue.

everthing is fine and dandy fellas i got a set of standard pipes from big dog parts king and what a good price and quick delivery anyway bike runs so fine and brake lights working great now. thanx for all the help uk signing off
