brake light switch

hi guys! just noticed i dont have 'brake' lights. havent had much time to investigate, any one know off hand where to find the brake light switch on my
2000 PRO-SPORT??? checked the bulb, seems to b fine. any help would b greatly appreciated!!::2thumbs:

Not sure about the switch. Did you check all of the wires under the fender already? I had the same issue with mine and found the wires rubbed.

seems to me there is a little magnet in the grip that gets out of whack sometimes that causes a broken circuit. others will know more.

my prosport front is on the control where the lever is not too bad 15 minutes and 20 bucks at hd the back one is on the right side follow the fluid line from the peddle and you will see it same thing 15 minutes 20 bucks did both on my 2000 prosport good luck man its not too bad you can do it
