Brake Light Issue

08' K9....Brake lights stay on all the time. Turn signals work fine, but can't get the brake lights to go out.

Any suggestions??

disco the front brake light switch, then the rear, see which one is the problem

Do you have a manual? I would say your front brake switch is out of adjustment

Mine did the same, brake switch was stuck on the hand controls.

One of the switches is out of adjustment. Probably the front one which is the hardest to fix.... Good luck.

I to had the same issue, did my head in for weeks. I tried 2 new pressure switches, rebuilt the brakes just in case.
All along it was the front brake handle bar switch, mine had the fire cracker soldered in, this had then arced across and the stop lite stayed on.
Replaced with a new front switch board WITHOUT the fire cracker. No more flat batteries.
