Last ride from Wichita was supposed to be around 1500 miles, my odometer told I rode about 2700 miles. I wonder if I should buy a map. At least I saw strange and interesting places.

If you are going to be riding up, I'd definitely recommend running highway 63 in Arkansas to highway 60 in Missouri. Nice scenery and it will run you right by Mr Wright & myself.

That sounds better than my usual holistic method, riding randomly around and hoping to end up in right place. Interesting to see if there is anyone else riding from FL. Btw I booked the room from 22th in case I don't get lost too much.

Wow this is flippin' awesome...maybe I should keep the 'ol girl for at least another year so I can join in on the fun. I sure would love to see this many Big Dog's all in one place again. There was nothing more amazing than going over to "gatekeeping" and gazing at hundreds at Big Dog's side by side...man what a gorgeous sight. I wish I was a little closer so I could help with shop space/storage. The wife has around 3,000 sq ft in her house, but I got 5,000 sq ft for me and my toys.

We're you able to fix odometer? My mileage just jumped from 12,000 to 20,000... the trip was saying about 150 miles to the gas tank now 240...? Any suggestions?
sounds to me like it went from miles to kilometers. what kind of speedo?

I agree with you, it seems to be consistent with kilos to miles... all I know how to do is change it from odometer to the trip and reset the trip. But I can't figure how select back to miles...
Any ideas?
i never have done it, but i'm sure somebody knows how, but i do know it has been discussed here before. try the "search". good luck.

You correct. I'm bringing my smoking hot wife and trailering the Dog to your place and going from there.
I finally convinced her that she can ride on the back of my bike vice riding her own.I still have to book a room tomorrow.
