blue dot conversion

Has anyone done a blue dot conversion on their tail lights? I'm trying to find a parts source with no luck. I like the old school look of them and want to give it a try. Im not sure if it will work with the red LED's??

I'll check it out Tom. Got a tech at work that can order LEDs so I may rebuild an old board an see if that will work?

keep the clear lens and replace a few of the center LED's, that could work :2thumbs: help to keep it water tight also. good thinkin'. keep us up to date on this. love the purple glow.

Thank goodness we have no law against them in Kansas!! Yet.....
I'm sure that right after I change the LED's they'll pass a law.:lol::lol:

The 4 center LED's will have to be replaced with white LED's because the Blue dot filters the red light from the red LED's and they do not even light the blue dot up one bit.

Trust me....did it 7 years ago.
