This BDM fix didn't work so they put out a Sevice letter later they decided to change the amount of oil in primary.

Also clean the area real good top to bottom place paper towel under bike. If possible bike off kick stand then look at head breather tubes an starter and inner primary

I realize the pictures suck but heres a couple more the one circled in blue is the one that looks like its missing a screw its an open hole the one in red is plugged but it has the same indentation as the one with the open hole its has to be missing a screw I am tempted to put a short screw in from the back side as shown??? Pleaase keep in mind this was taken from the left side of the bike so that is the backside of the starter. I don't see a vent on the starter by the way.

I'm buzy rabbit hunting at and will have to look at computer in house I'm on my iPhone. There is no vent on the starter but could be one on the inner primary towards the top. I would not put anything in that hole till you identify what goes in there sorry about typo

Bad Dog Do you know if the OEM starter is in your bike? Sorry still cant tell from those pictures all I can do is guess.Low miles makes me think of primary oil draining into starter.Curtis can help you with rebuilt starter that wont leak again.Remove inspection cover check oil level or see if you can take better picture of missing bolt.

I did check the primary oil level and it was a little low but , I just bought the bike and not sure when the last time it was checked .
Let me ask one more thing , they oil level is hard to check with the long neck on the oil tank , I have to take a flashlight and look down the neck , maybe Im putting to much oil , so if so where would the excess be coming out at?
