Black 07 K9 Paint Code

check directly with "Amylulu" (here on the forum) at Stroker's Dallas, i think she has, or can get, the paint codes. or check with "Shovelheadkicker", they may also have the codes, if somebody on here doesn't pop in with it. or you can go straight to the source and check with "Airbrushed", he is once again painting for BDM as he did before the shutdown.
Paul had the paint swatches actually with the codes I think.
Hey Paul, you got the black codes? I'm actually curious I would suspect the straight black is the same through the years. Mine will need a freshening up here soon.
Also....ive seen ONE matte black 07 K9 that owner swears it's OEM paint. Id like to know if that code is floating around too

the flat black WAS an OEM. most of the time it came with a pinup girl on the side of the tank. biggest problem with the flat black was that the lick and stick seats didn't stick too well.
Interesting..good to know I saw a k9 with the flat black and it looked good. Just thinking some day maybe.

HOK produces a nice flattening agent for clear. It dries super hard and offers great protection for graphics and airbrushing. You can control how "flat" you want the paint to be by the amount of flattening agent you add. It can be anything from a low gloss to dull finish. Here is one a painted several years ago, three coats of clear, matched to the gloss of the rest of the bike.
