The patches are sweet! Count me in for one! I'm also happy to pitch in for a provided lunch. No problem. You guys rock!
Thats good thinking BBB about the pied piper and Cat House Bar, I hadnt got that far along yet. They have quite a bit of space so hopefully they will see the benefit of such a large group..
I dont Know if we can Logistically make the trip to see Biker Babe on Friday but I have another IdeaWe could have a Biker Babe Day Ride on Saturday. That would put a Smile on her face for sure and we could all do something to include the Queen Bee by showing up at the bling shop.
Still 3 bikes and 3 people . I will cover the cost for my group. If anyone can meet with Paul around 9am and make sure his fuel is turned on that would be great. Hahahahaha
That was pretty embarrassing. Nothing like almost cranking the battery dead in a motel parking lot full of Harley riders to humble me a bit. Man I was cussing the EHC and everything. Then a guy comes over and said "is your fuel on?" and I think I said "of course it's on look it's right here.....oh...guess I turned it off" duh. That Braille battery kicked ass though. I could have started 50 bikes that morning. :roll:I might need somebody to remind me and paul about turning the gas on i forget sometime's i remember to turn it off but not on and usually its in a big group of people.![]()
Sorry to continue this off topic discussion, but the other day I was working on a buddy's sportster and took it out for a test spin. It died on me about 2 blocks from home and it wouldn't start again. Figured I missed something in the electrical and pushed that bastard all the way home. Yep, the gas was turned off. I've been riding FI bikes too long now....LOL.That was pretty embarrassing. Nothing like almost cranking the battery dead in a motel parking lot full of Harley riders to humble me a bit. The more I read on and follow this thread the more it makes me want to make the trip. Definately going to be a good time!:2thumbs:
Just so i plan this right. The group leaves approx 10:30, but wont be in Eureka Springs till 4ish ? Approx what time do yall plan to make it back to Fayetteville ?UPDATE ON PIED PIPER...
With it being their "busiest" time of the year, they cannot promise us 70 seats. However, the manager gave me a cell number to text and let them know an hour before we are there. They will set us up in the beer garden (I swear I didn't request that LOL) and the BLUES BAND will begin at 4 o'clock. The only request was that we stay long enough to listen to a couple of songs.
Parking is FREE and they do no increase their beverage prices just for the event. Sounds like we'll be well cared for at Pied Piper!
