Ok gang its on for the BBQ in a few days. I made it safely out of the snow country and looks like i gave the nasty weather the slip so it wont follow me home for the BBQ. With PaulHarts expert navigational skills I found quite a few short cuts to make the trip shorter , dont believe there are any roads he has not been on in the US.
I have enough food ordered for 70 people , that should be enough if PaulHart and Shawn are at the end of the line:lol:. I have ordered half Beef and half Pork so every one should have something. G and D BarBQue in Rogers is preparing the food so if you get a chance stop and say hi to Gayle.
I put a update in the ride post but will mention here also that we should bump the meeting time up to 10:00 with plans to leave the lot at 10:30.
Be safe and see everyone in a few days.
Oh by the way thanks for not adding any PRESSURE to this PaulHart.

Dave I didn't know how you were handling the lunch. I know the subject of money hasn't come up yet but I wanted you to know I'll cover my group. Money for Lunch on Friday
Paul, I'm so glad you brought this up about the lunch money. I didn't realize that Dave paid for the entire BBQ feast on Friday for 70 folks. My suggestion to help Dave recoup some of his money is to put a BUCKET out and we all chip in $10 a head to help cover our meal. We would have paid for lunch somewhere along the way and I think this would be the easiest thing to do. I know Dave being the type of guy he is would not expect this, but it would only be fair to him. Just a heads up and hopefully everyone else will agree!

On another note.... We will end up a Pied Piper in Eureka Springs. I've contacted them about our group and the Manager will be contacting me back today and hopefully they will have an area for our entire group! Aren't we specccialllll???
