Well now that we are all home safe and sound and we are at the 1-week anniversary.

I will try to make this post as short as possible because I know people won’t read some of it anyways & I would miss some shit anyways so I’ll apologize already! I'm also stealing photo's already posted but at least puts some context around it.

I think it would be good for those folks who didn’t get the opportunity to attend for whatever reason to highlight just some of the awards! We did some of the awards Friday night after our big lunch ride and someone’s bike fried a wires plus so @knothead , Harley BDB Blocker Larry & Wife & I stuck around while everyone headed back. We rode back hauling ass after dark (SunPie Daymaker Headlights Thankyou!) and it was about an hour or so and Larry obviously knew the roads! For the majority of that trip back in the dark AR apparently doesn’t think white lines on the right side are necessary?

Anyways…..

First, I would like to thanks those who attended the event or didn’t attend IF you are a “Paid Supporting Member” you contributed to the party! The paid supporting members of this forum pay the yearly fees for the website to stay up & running & the remainder of the funds will go to events such as this for some prizes as well as some other fun stuff. Hopefully we can get more members to subscribe and more events such as this around the country. Thank you to all the SUPPORTING MEMBERS!

@mastiffdave & Buffy had T-Shirts made up for the event which everyone was able to take home! Our brother Jonathan @liferider was in the hospital with some kind of weird thing going around? We all signed a T-Shirt for him as we know it killed him not being able to attend. They also had some cool wooden signs made for a few prizes that came out great!

The BIG Big Dog Biker Forum accomplishment award was announced Friday night as we had all 3 fine gentlemen in attendance that we are aware have hit this milestone! This is an accomplishment that MOST may never see!

These 3 guys have kept very good records of their mileage and have hit the 100,000 Mile Club on a Big Dog! Who’s NEXT?

They were awarded with what I would say is one of the nicest & badass patches around!

Rodger @blacktopper
Rick @SKOGDOG
Mike @Jersey Big Mike

@mastiffdave was awarded a BigDogBiker Forum banner, as he graciously gave us all a place to play and has been a staple for this community of Big Dog riders for +10 years! Well deserved and all in attendance to sign and him to hang onto and display. Anyone have a picture of this? I didn’t take one!

On SATURDAY we were all awarded with Harry’s @HMAN BBQ.

We also had a wherever the hell you were parked you were automatically entered into a Bike Show! We are not that official! Hell even a bike that wasn’t there was voted on! Voting was done by all in attendance and the awards were compliments of HDM INC - www.bigdogpartskingpin.com

First Place Winner - @Brent Herridge 07 k9
Second Place Winner - @knothead with his 96 vintage
Third Place - 05 Rigid

We had a tie at Third Place and it was a group decision that the one in attendance automatically gets it!

Longest Rider Award - @Jersey Big Mike rode in from the Carolina’s.

There was plenty more awards for the folks who honor the Big Dog Forum brotherhood and they received some bad ass forum jackets. Not going to list everything, you'll have to come next time to get the entire picture!

And the the first group left so that evenings cook could start the food...
The second group left only because another rider didn't have clears -- and thankfully we did as his break down (no clutch) on the way back would have been much worse in complete darkness. Bike stopped changing gears completely at the top of the Farm's driveway!
He did receive an award for having a bike break down at every Big Dog event he has attended!

So true Keith has broken down 100% of time. It was very stressful getting him back to farm with all right hand turns on a 40 mile ride Without a clutch But we did it safely. The best part was the next day he was complete fixed and repaired and ready to ride again And he won the award.lol

Thanks, I should have added more reasoning behind my mention of everyone headed back. There was a purpose. Had some damn fine steaks to start cooking! Also, someone had to get in a truck & grab a trailer! lol

Since we have had so many "newbies" over the last couple of years and as a reminder to the "not so new members", I think this is the perfect opportunity to stress the importance of becoming a "Supporting Member" of Big Dog Biker. Personally, I don't know where you can get more information, assistance and comradery for all things Big Dog, in addition to the pure entertainment value of many of the forums contained here for a mere $21.00 per year to keep this site running. I attached the link below so you can click and upgrade your membership!
