We went ahead with Day 1 to Tulsa instead of Texarkana. Sorry we'll miss you on the way up Alan. We're coming back Sunday night though.

Got a couple of refreshments I hope y'all will enjoy:

And I don't know why, but the wife wants to talk to me on the journey, so picked up matching helmets with comms today too:

Sorry we’re going to miss you and Susan this time. Probably a good choice to go west though. Was still raining this morning. We’ll be leaving out tomorrow morning, not real sure where we’re going. Should be back Sunday night. Be careful out there

I kinda have to agree with Keith. My wife just hits me as I like to look around, and when we stop she mentions I should keep my eyes on the road.
If she every had an intercom system, I could not image the conversation/he look at he road response in my ear all day long. I think I would not ride as much.

That's funny, all the yrs my wife rode with me, she never said anything or elbowed me. My daughter rides with me and she sits back there and sings or I am explaining how to ride, why we do what we do so hopefully if she ever did ride she will be better.

Since I’m not able to go — you all post some pictures ! I tried to get a trailer but the deal fell thru. Would a 7 x12 trailer be big enough for 2 bikes ??? Not sure about trailer size but this K9 is LONG :chopper:
Depends on the bikes...i tried it last year with the k9 and the bagger and wasn't comfortable with the spacing so I left the bagger at home. My trailer is a 7x12. If neither bike has a fairing you should be ok...IMO

It misted in us for the first 2 hrs, but we stayed dry the rest if the day. Looked like it would flood, but the Lord looked out for us.

We'll drop by around lunch tomorrow to see who wants to ride.
Well you said you had the bike all shined up, so a little spit from the sky is inevitable...every damn time!
