Bikemaster Sickle Mirrors from Strokers Dallas

Just installed the Bikemaster Sickle mirrors from Strokers Dallas. I also got the Big Dog universal adapter kit which is nothing more than 4 bolts and 2 different sized spacers. It took a little "customizing" as the bolts were a little too long, so I had to get out the dremel and cut the bolts a little shorter, as well as one of the spacers. I am not a huge fan of the way the mirror and spacer go together on the right side, but oh well. The pair is just over 100 bucks. Not the highest quality but well worth the look compared to the stock mirrors. The people at Strokers were very helpful and extremely nice. They called to let me know when they received the mirrors and shipped them to me. Very nice touch! I am trying to add a photo but don't know for sure how to do it.

I could live without the spacer on the right side, but it doesn't seem like there is much that can be done for that. I don't really like the way it looks from the front. Other than that they look great and I like how they match the lines of the wheels. I have a 4" Karata on the way. I will post pics as soon as I get it home from the shop. I hope to have it installed in the next week or so up at Fullhouse Cycles. Your bike is definitely one of a kind. Well done!!

Thank you Adrian, appreciate it. I agree I think the mirrors match the wheels, and also the lines of our bike. When I saw them on display at my dealership, I had to have them, they were perfect.

Looking forward to seeing some more pics of your bike, especially with the open primary installed, enjoy your bike.:2thumbs:

Are the mirrors cast? I have been looking for these EXACT mirrors but have only found junk as far as quality...bought one pair, when they showed, they almost felt like the stems were plastic! I was pissed. Have been looking for a quality pair ever since...

This was C&P from another thread if the problem you have is round vs square on the adapters...

For those that are interested, C & C Cycles in Severn Maryland has these chrome square mirror adapters. Telephone number is 1 800 895-1703
Thanks for your help, Pitbull43

Thanks for the info. I am not sure how they are made, but the quality isn't top shelf. I had an Arlen Ness mirror on my last bike which was very nice, but it was a little over 100 bucks for just the one. They do have a nice finish. One had two tiny dings in the stem, but I am sure at some point it will get hit with a rock so I'm not too worried about it. Overall they are worth it.
