Bike won't start

I have charged bat. New plugs. Fuel coming into carb air filter clean. Kinda starts when putting hand over carb and giving full throttle. But now my throttle won't go all the way

Good place to start. Take it back apart make sure everything is clean and free maybe put some lubricant on the cables. Study it an make sure everything is doing what it's supposed to do. You can do it

Lol but he don't know what the hell he did other then spray starter fluid and catch it on fire smh... After that I pulled my key and told him no fucking more

One thing done right.you need a service e manual and start searching on here for your symptoms. There's nothing that has broken on these bikes that has been talked about on here. Post a couple pictures of the right side of your bike.sounds like you have already pulled the filter??

Now where getting somewhere. Tell him to go sit in truck. Oh yeah tell don't play with any of the knobs.
