Bike will not start

I hope I have no problem other than just a battery (I hope):

I have a 2007 K9 Limited Edition.

The bike started 6 weeks ago for its winter time warm up.
All went well bike ran for about 10 minutes.

Today in Mt. Wolf,Pa. the weather is just fine at 58F bright and sunny.
I wanted to go for a ride and no start. Just a click in the started with nothing else.

Original factory battery.................
Battery tender on when ever bike is parked.

Could it be that simple ???????????

Yes. Bike is a 2007, battery is probably an 06 that's a 7 year old bike battery. There is a lot of battery threads on here about how to check load etc. Do a search, sounds like it's time for a new one.

have you had it on a tender???? if not, there's your problem. put a meter on the battery and see if you have 12.8 volts minimum before you try cranking, and once you press the run and start buttons, MUST have steady 12.5 volts. if it starts dropping, time for a new battery of at least 320cca and strongly suggest more.

Battery

Just finished installing a new battery.
Changed all fluids, Oil, Transmition, Primary, front and rear brake.
Then went for a ride.
Handle therapy back on course.

I hear the Union Hotel calling.

Thanks Black Dog Motorcycles of Harrisburg, Pa. (Mike, Kim, & Randy)

This just goes to show that there are many dog lovers out there that just don't want to see a dog sitting still. Ask and you shall receive and answer for your problems. "THAT" is why so many Big dog riders end up here for knowledge and support of the "PACK".:flag:
