bike sputtering

Hello all, just went from single spike air cleaner to s&s dual runner, bike sputter's bad under acceleration from start, should I try and go up two jet sizes at a time, not sure yet what size I have.

checked the jets have .78 main .33 int , must have a vacuum leak, or breather system hooked up wrong.

Did you remove the auxiliary bowl vent plug the bowl does not need to be removed to remove the vent plug it's circled in green

This auxiliary bowl vent screw is on the outside of the carb, the bowl does not have to come off to remove this, and then readjust air/fuel screw and idle if necessary if vent lines are hooked up correctly.

yes it has been removed

Check the rubber caps on the top of carb. They will dry rot and crack. Replace with silicon caps.....jm .02

jets were fine, It helped to connect the breather system correct, its hell getting old. Thanks for the help.

Did you remove the aux Bowl vent? Check the jet sizes, with my wimmer dual spike .33 int and .78 main work perfect and I know a couple guys running the dual runner are using the same size jets
