I resently bought a 08 pit bull with just over 2000 miles on it. Bike ran great for a couple months now it only starts when it wants. Sometimes when I try to start it I get two clicks I can fiddle with it and maybe it starts and maybe it don't... Or I can try to start it and get the click. Walk away without doing anything and stand a chance of it starting first time... HELP PLEASE!

What do you mean when you say you "fiddle with it"? Does fiddling with it mean checking the battery connections, ground and starter connections, and testing the battery? How old is your battery? I hate to be Mr Obvious here, and admittedly my mechanical ability is not as great as many others on this site, but that's where I would start. Check the easy stuff first. Good luck.
hew battery is not necessarily a good battery. big inch motors need 12.8 v. to turn them over good, anything else and you are pissing in the wind. get the battery load tested.

I had a HD battery in my bike and it would really struggle to crank if at all.
I had the starter tested as well as a few other issues and no probs. The battery is around 1 year old and was kept on a charger. I tested the battery voltage on the bike and it was 12.6v. The charger indicated the battery was still good. I got another charger / tenderer which had more features and better charge maintain system. It indicated the battery was 60-80% ok. I put this battery in my vrod and it starts fine.
I changed the battery to a new one with of 450cca. tested the battery at 13.3 volts on the bike. Turned the bike over it it started straight away. It has been this way now for a few months and no issues in starting anymore.
BDM's I believe have a 2.0kw starter and they do require good voltage and decent cca on start up. So the 12.8 volts as woodbutcher has mentioned I would have to agree.
It sounds like you battery took a shit and it's not going to start EVER. Get you a good battery with a minimum of 450 Cold Crank Power and a battery tender to keep the battery charged up when you are not riding (like over night).
I use a TR Performance B-1500, it has 465 Cold Crank Amps. This Battery will start your dog provided your issue is the Battery. If its the Starter contact Curtis at WSW, he is a member on here under venders and get your starter rebuilt. Or you can get a used rebuilt from Bigdogpartsking Derek or Donna at 620-257-2009.

You need to check voltage at the green wire with it unplugged from the starter.
With the key on you should see about 6 to 9 volts on it.
With the key on, the run button pressed once and the starter button pressed and held you should see a full 12 volts on it.
If you don't see the 12 volts then you either have harness issues, likely, or an EHC failure which can only be determined through testing the unit.
