BIKE NOT TURNING OVER WITH NEW Wild Steed WoRK EHC

I bought a new Wild Steed Worx EHC. Put the inline fuse in, plug and play, but the bike will not turn over. If I put the original EHC in it will turn over. The new EHC was bought because the lights weren't working properly. I am not understanding why the OEM will turn it over but the new upgraded version is not. Can anyone help get started on this?
