Question: the K&N filter requires oiling. But you can over oil the filter also. I have seen people put so much oil on the K&N filter it looks like it was dunked in oil!
My apologies to K & N!! I finally figured out what the problem was! The return cable in the throttle was getting hung up and not allowing the carb to open all the way. Thanks to all who commented!!
