Bike Horn Sounds when starting

Hi,

2007 K9

I just changed the battery in my Bike. It has been sitting since last year and the battery was dead. After changing, I went to start and the battery sounds and the bike won't start. The battery is charged - No power to the starter at all?

can anyone give me an idea whats wrong?

Mine Too!

Had the same problem yesterday, was warming up bike and forgot to open up tank valve. Bike ran out of fuel. Turned fuel on and tried to start bike. When I hit the start switch bike would make about one turn and the horn would blow then nothing. Waited a few minutes and she fired right up.
