Bike Dies During Warm Up

You need to start isolating the issue. Since you suspect the CB when the bike dies read it. If it's open, it could be a defective breaker or a short somewhere causing it to open. Also when the bike dies read the battery + to frame ground and verify you have 12.8vdc or more. We would need to see a wire diagram of how you wired your bike in order to help troubleshoot.
Just to be absolutely clear, when you say "no power" you mean nothing on the bike has power.
Great ideas. Correct, when it dies, I turn the power toggle switch off and back on and there is no power. That gave me the thought of the CB being tripped. Which I will test based on your suggestion. I do have a hand written wire diagram that used to make sure I did not miss anything. I will have to find it an up load it. I tested the CB ohms today and it was beeping at .155 or so, not sure what that means…

Just for quick checks, connect a small test light to the toggle switch and a good ground so it lights up when switch is turned on. See if it stays lit when bike dies, then change connection to the load side of the breaker and repeat the test. If both of those tests are good, you might try bypassing the run/off switch and see if the bike still dies. Lastly, what is the VOES doing? good vacuum there?

Is there a harness off the battery for a charger to plug in? Sometimes it's better if there is just the two cables off the battery and accessories wired off at other areas.

As Mike mentioned, is there a 'wait for' kind of no power? Meaning, no power lighting off lights and starter button, but then wait for awhile, power comes back on, yes?

If yes, sounds like more main grounds like ground cable to frame/battery. Thus the temp gun for the ground cable ends showing heat when 'no power' aimed at the grounds with starter button pushed.

Main relay or any relay in the loop. Or say a HD kind of resetting relay/fuse. Can't be a crank or cam sensor being self supporting throwing AC out, so being DC would be loose ground cable/wires.

Got a temp gun to trigger hot spots at connecting points?
Had trouble with bimetal fuse (self resetting fuse)i n a Shovel long ago.
maybe aftermarket installation.

Yes, I installed a trickle charge connection to the battery and routed it to the front of the bike for ease of use. Now that I have said that, is it possible that if it was connected during warm up, could that cause the CB to trip? I will unplug for my next warm up to see if that solves the issue.

Yes, when it dies, everything is out. After 5-10 minutes, all is normal. Gonna test a few things and replace the CB and see what happens. Stay tuned and thx for the input.

Betting on a bad circuit breaker, or too much amps going through it for some reason. Anxiously awaiting final solution to the problem!
To all who have provided their expertise, thank you for the ideas and suggestions. The issue has been identified and resolved. The thought of the CB being the issue was partially correct. During the removal of one of the CBs, one of the stud nuts was not securely fastened. Not sure how long it has been like that, however, I tightened the loose one and checked the others. Fired the old girl up and let her warm up and all appears to be normal. Thanks again to all.
