UPDATE: 9/19/14
Had to purchase a preassembled clutch bearing carrier assembly from Baker Drivetrain ($400) because we just couldn't get the old one pressed apart to replace the center hub and bearing. I think Baker freezes the flange hub and presses it into the carrier bearing. Baker claimed .002" to .003" of interference on inner bearing race and flange hub which I feel is extreme under a normal press without a freeze and bearing heat up. Could be because they want to sell the new $400 assemblies.
I finished Bro2's bike assembly today and it test rode just great. Trans shift feels new tight till we get some miles on it. Clutch (soft pull) and all works perfect and all is quiet when running. Happy with the rebuild results and recommend Andrew for the rebuilds. Hoping to get a few more rides in yet this season.
