Big Radius Vs. Mean mothers

Can anyone tell me from experience what the difference in sound is between these two pipes? I am running the big radius and am not quite sure I am satisfied with the sound. I am looking for a milder, deeper tone. Any suggestions would sure be appreciated!

Mean Mothers has a low pitch growl...big decibals. The BR IMHO are louder because this crackling higher pitched sound.
I have MM because I like the race car sound.

I've had both...probably prefer the sound of MM but I ride with ear plugs. On a quality level....vance and hines by a landslide.

The mean mothers than come stock with the bike are rather quiet ... if your looking for a deeper tone, more power and a LITTLE louder you can't beat the V&H BR 2-into-1. They sound great when you get on it, yet are quiet enough to keep the neighbors happy. The BR's in my humble are loud enough that no one wants to be on your right side!!

Yes, I dragged them once and now there's a nice long scrape on my pipes.

Mean Mothers don't come stock...Although SuperTrapp does make the stock EPA pipes which are quiet...the Mean Mothers and VH BR are loud...as for tone to each his own...

I'm sure he meant Mean Mothers and the BR pipes are stocked (BDM parts #) items by BDM and can be installed at the dealership.

Still they are all to common for me!
