Haha id really just like to know how many miles y'all traveled.

To be honest I was impressed with the Kansas scenery. That was actually my first time in that state. Not as flat as most of Texas excluding the hill country, I'd actually like to do more riding up that way in my future. I've also ridden the hill country in TX so many times I lost count think it's better to explore new areas anyways.

Rough figure comes out to 387.3 miles. Resort to Wichita, Wichita to Assaria, Assaria to Chase (Derek & Donna's), Chase to resort. Nice little jaunt through the countryside with a really nice guy, who I regret to say I cannot for the life of me remember his name. A real nice individual nonetheless ! (As were all the folks attending the party)

Hey Chubs! The sheriff pulled me over when I left Sunday, said I was doing 77 in a 65. I'm so glad he got me when I was slowing down. He was really cool, let me off with a warning and then told me to watch out 'cause he had a couple of young deputies on patrol. Just wanted to share with you.....

Yeah, not home yet, some where in Mississippi for the night, close to Mobile, Alabama..... not in any hurry. I'm sure we'll cross a few times before our time is over... just post when you're doing a run somewhere, who knows... maybe I'll be able to make it. Good meeting you. Stay in the wind brother.

Heck we are still about 4 hours from Wichita! Second night in MastiffDaves trailer, have done some riding,
Meeting people, eating and just a touch of drinking!
Meet lots of people, eat great meals and no riding after that "touch of drinking" !! Keep it safe on the trip home!

Let's see now, Who was it saying something about those "biker wannabes" trailering their bikes to the party? Hmmm, Who was that,,,,?
I'm guessing 75% of the guys that went:D
Now if your referring to me trailering, that's a hell yeah to anything over 75 miles one way riding 2 up, does your mrs ride with you?
That is of course on the Dog, the other bike is much better for long distance:whoop:

75 miles is a stroll in the park, even on the hard tail. The better half rode a motorcycle 1 time and crashed. She vowed to never get on one again, and hasn't, Managed to get 387 miles on the pitbull Saturday while we were "lost in America" But oh well, life is good !!

I had a great time this weekend! Was great to see some old friends and meet some new ones! Lola is in the shop for Spa Treatment by the BDM Crew. Cannot wait to get her out of the pound. She had to trailer up and bit me when I got her out. She hates the trailer as she doesn't ride in it often. We ride...and ride...and ride! I can't even imagine owning one of the new ones. That 17 K9 I rode rocked the socks off the highway. They are smoother than butter and quite a difference from my 2007 Chopper. Hoping i get to ride with you all again soon. Enjoy your Dawg Day! Did you have a video you took with all the bikes lined up?

Mind sharing it?
