Yes, it has reverse. And that picture was the first prototype. They said they were working on a bagger version, but haven't heard anything about it since.
Well maybe it was the first prototype but the pics of the Bulldog model on their site (bigdogisback) looks just the same -- no mention of "prototype"

They've got 4 models now and 2 are not what I expect from a chopper/prosport maker, the boxer and bulldog, pass on both.
They should have kept the K-9 and Mastiff and maybe a rigid model (for youngsters).

I think they should’ve used a K9 or a Ridgeback frame i.e. give it that Chopper look. As far as storage goes it’s a trike you could hook a small matching trailer to it / same paint scheme same rims and tires and fenders when you wanted to take a long trip And haul all kinds of shit. Then when you just want to cruise around locall or for short trips you could just leave the trailer at home.
But like everyone says I’m not ready for a trike yet .
I’m in my 60s and I still ride a rigid maybe when Im in my 70s LOL and only then if they give it that Chopper look.

Some people migrated to the 3 wheeled scooters because of the stability. I'm with you and hope it doesn't hit us too. I'm only 70 so I have a few more good years hopefully

I'm 71, so far no problems swinging a leg over one of the choppers, but being realistic, I know that sad day is just around the corner. So, in my garage is an old 93 Evo converted into a 3 wheel trike ( don't like the 4 training wheel set up) that I do ride on trips to visit the Granddaughters. It's an 1,100 mile turn, and I enjoy the heck out of every mile, even though I'm on a trike. Getting old, isn't for Sissies...

Does anyone know of any forum member whom has purchased a new Big Dog trike? I'd like hands-on opinion from a new owner prior to getting to interested in taking such a large leap into the unknown.

Not sure if you are on FB but a guy posted this on the Big Dog Chopper group.

I like the one on the left, the yellow one. Looks like it has inboard brakes of some kind. But I don't like how far back the axle is in relation to the fender. I wonder what kit that is.
