Just left my folks house after having a Barb-Q and visiting with 1 of my favorite uncle's,havent seen him in about 5 years......He was dieing to see my Big Dog,his JAW hit the ground when he seen it,HE LOVED IT....he now wants to buy one.....:2thumbs:

Left to go home, pulled up to one of the intersections in my hometown, which has a old-school bar directly across the street.....3 OLD-SCHOOL bikers were sitting out front on a bench, drinkin and smokin, havin a real good-time....they SEEN ME COMING up to the intersection, and JUMPED up to there feet off the bench.....pointing at my bike, yelling, thumbs up,they were real excited.....So I jumped on it when I left, ripped outta there good and proper.....THEY GOT SO excited, jumping and hopping around and hollering, one of them jumped and fell off the sidewalk and fell down in the street, pulling the other 2 down with him.....When i looked back, they were all rolling around in the street,in the gravel and dirt, screaming and hollering, slapping each-other on the back, giving me thumbs up as I roared away...IT WAS SO FUNNY...LOL:)........Not a lot of excitement in my little Mountain town......Glad they like it......man I love my Big-Dog MORE AND MORE........BIG-DOG RULES!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a good time had by all, but sadly to say I am still going to therapy after that guy on the Vespa give me the "Finger" when I passed him. The therapist keeps trying to make me believe it was a "Thumbs Up" but in my nightmares I am suddenly awakened, sit up, sweat pouring as I re-live that incident. I am quite certain it was definitely not his thumb he was waving at me!!!! :2thumbs:

It all Good!

LOL that's too funny man! I was at the local watering hole last night and an Old couple in the late 80's come walking in the parking lot and stopped and looked and talked about my Dog for at least 10 minutes before they even came in! I was worried one of them might hit one of my pegs and bleed for a week! They couldn't stop talking about it the whole time they where sitting at the bar.

Gotta love our Dog's!!!

The big difference I find between my Harley and my Big Dog, People tell you nice bike when your on the Harley, On the big Dog they go out of their way or get out of their car to come look at it. I point that out to my wife all the time. Love my Dog

So true between the HD's and the BD's. I have a 2010 Road Glide CVO and a Big Dog Chopper and I get way more compliments on the Dog than I do on my CVO. Of course the Dog is raw with a built 117 and the CVO only has a 110 with bolt-ons. No comparison!!!

I got caught in the rain the other day and was making every effort to ride completely around this pop up shower. I was right a the very edge a few drops and found some dry roads but eventually I got wet,, not complaining about the rain we need it . As I was going in the completely wrong direction from home and trying to come up with a plan to keep from getting soaked I pull up to a light to turn left and this guy in a car sticks his arm out the window with a . I understood that and said thank you. Then apparently all those English classes he skipped in high school came directly out of his mouth,( the schools around here are not that great anyway :loony:) "That is as bad as Fucccc-----___! With a grin on his face. So I think he meant well.

My plan did not work as I kind of hoped it might. I ended up very wet before I got home. I did see a lady on a scooter / scooter that had what of all things "a rain suit" on as she was pulling out on the road I was on. We both laughed it off as I went by headed for home. It is not me getting wet that was the issue either, it was getting the ole scooter soaked/nasty. It has since had a wipe down hopefully to the bad as ,,,,, you know maybe he said "Duck" cause he knew I was fixing to get soaked like a "Duck". That makes more sense anyway. :2thumbs:
