Ok so here it is, after many months of shipping delays and stupidity /sigh customs being a bitch a then some body work its ready:
First see the attachments thats how the bike showed up at customs
the bike was "packed" by a shipping company in Florida which had detailed instructions on how to do it and apparently had previous experience....
We discover later that what they used to hold down the bike was this metal lines used to hold wooden boxes they used only 3 one right on top of the rear fender, one in the middle of the frame, and another on the front fender...
Ok now the good, the company owner was extremely embarrassed he flew in from FL just to apologize to me and my dad and to gives us a check to cover all the damages.
So this is how the bike looked when I got it
Now After changing the broken pieces and painting the bike locally using House of Color paint this is the end result:
