I watched more video today and discovered he was there about two hours earlier. He spent the better part of 20 minutes working on the chain, cable and handcuffs. You could see in the video that he had long handle bolt cutters. Not sure why he left then came back two hours later. Maybe he went home to get his truck and trailer. Sure would like to get hold of this piece of crap. With my eleven years as a martial arts instructor I bet I could figure out a way to have a little fun.
Or he waited for someone with a trailer.

Either way sucks ass man.

It's kind of amazing, I posted a picture on the motorcycle on my Facebook page asking all my friends to keep an eye out for it, as well as asking them to share the post and ask their friends to share. The damn thing went viral. As of right now my original Facebook post has been shared 3641 times (I only have 106 Facebook friends). To take that a step further, per Facebook stats the average number of friends for someone is 338, which means based on that average the picture of my bike has ended up on around 1.2 million Facebook pages to this point.

What does all this mean? It means I need to get a new bike quick, because I obviously have way to much fucking time on my hands to sit here and figure all this shit out.

Don't laugh! Check Craig's list & eBay for the next 6-7 months!!!

Agreed. They would be stupid to sell the bike complete so look for ebay or craigslist members selling a lot of parts. I feel for your bud. I hope you find her. I am always on ebay so I will look out for it.

Thanks everyone. I have already started watching eBay and Craigslist and will probably continue to do so for months.

There is a website that will search ALL of the craigslists (and eBay) in the United States at the same time. It will allow you to watch for your bike incase it went on a CL listing 100's or 1000's of miles away. It's also handy to search for just about anything, for that matter.

Try: www.searchtempest.com --------- Good Luck!

Sorry about your loss...

It can happen so fast!

I had two unsuccessful attempts to steal mine!

1) Thank god for the orginal EHC -- which one has to know the right sequence to get it to fire up!
(we of course will not disclose that to other non Big Doggers)
attempted to hot wire failed, found wires cut.

2) At the Flamingo in Las Vegas in the Valet parking in the garage under Valet watch and video Survellience!
The thief(s) cut all my wires leading to ignition key switch down from the gas tank and I found it with the lights on (headlight off). They could not get it to start.
I had it with a massive chain lock chained to my trailer and second massive chain locked to the 2 foot thick concrete post in the garage.
They blew out both lock cylinders, guts laying all over the floor.

Amazingly they could not start it and THE VIDEO CAMERA WAS NOT WORKING AND THE VALET GUYS SAW NOTHING AND SECURITY WAS NOT AROUND... !

So I still have my bike! and rewired/soldered/heat shrink tube wrapped everything back as good as new.
The Flamingo "comp' t" my stay and then gave me another free weekend stay as compensation.

- You cannot trust anybody
- Everything is a conspiracy
- Everyone is a criminal unless they prove otherwise

when I lived in vegas I lived in a gated guarded community. the first thing that happened my roommate joe's thunderbird got broke into the csi peeps came cause they had got cut on his window so things were looking up. a neighbor came over said they had lived there 11 years and had 8 cars stolen we were like damn. two weeks later my 67 coronet got stolen I loved that car. I bought two new four wheelers they were chained to the trailer and chained to the car port those got stolen the night I brought them home. chains all coiled up nice and neat with the locks in the center nothing cut nothing broke. with insurance money we bought jet skis, we learn witth time when we would get done with these we would wrap them with chains around them around the trailer and around the car port then weld the chain solid. this was very large chain 1" thick links I got from a job there. after two weeks there were several cut marks on the chain. we moved it just wasn't worth it. if they want it bad enough they will get it.

Wow, that's great. That make watching for the bike or the parts from the bike a whole lot easier.
