I HAVE IN MY SHOP A PITBULL/HARLEY 124 RIGHT SIDE DRIVE 6 SPEED AND I NEED A 2.4 KW STARTER.IT NEEDS TO BE SEVEN INCHES FROM PRIMARY TO THE END,OTHERWISE IT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE BELT.ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

If you can't find a new one I have a rebuilt from my 07 K9. it should fit, just need to verify.

anybody using a 1.8 kw starter on a 124,and will it turn the motor good enough? what i am finding is a 2.0 and up is gonna rub the belt on mine.
As long as the 124 has compression releases I would think a 1.8 would be okay.
I'm guessing this is an 04 Or older pit bull? 05+ would have the room.

the one i am working on looks like that,but its right side drive.it looks kinda like the blue one.
