Does ANYONE have a list of contact numbers for BD Wichita?? Everyone I contact there I get a meassage...and hard to get a return call!!!:bang:
Still trying to get information on the side cover issue, and if we can buy the rubber grommets that hold the side covers in place.....bad design!!!!!

JB will probably answer the phone, and if it can be got JB can get it. They are good people at R&B. They have worked on my scooter and pointed me in the right direction on things I was fixing myself. Tell JB, Ray from Old Hickory recomended Him Too.

It's highly likely that you're calling people who no longer work there. Big Dog Motorcycles - Google Maps. Call the main number and you'll get a human being. The company supports their customers through their dealer and service center network, like any automotive manufacturer. The first step in problem solving should always be to call your dealer or service center. If they're not responsive THEN you call the company. Or use the Contact Us form on their website at Big Dog Motorcycles - Contact Us.

Hope you get your problem solved. I used to work there and may still know a few people who do.
