Which model or models was it used for? I just picked one up and it doesn't look like the frames on any I've seen and where would the serial number be located on it?

Post the Vin # or look in the tech section for Vin identification. Being a hard tail its most likely the Pitbull by the look of the tank mounts but the single down tube makes me think its not a Big Dog. Vin is on the neck

You might want to do an into before the intro police nail you! Lol!
As far as your question,
that don't look like any Big Dog frame to me, look at the motor mounts, they are completely different than anything I have seen, and also like Ray said, the single down tube is not something BIg Dog used except I think on the "Wolf",

And that's a softail so I know it's not from a Wolf!

Intro? And that's what I was thinking, but I was told it was a big dog, but I've yet to find any numbers, soon as I get home from work I'll try to take more pics.

It's not a Wolf that's for sure. Too much rake and rise. Looks like some kind if chopper frame. I wonder is a vtwin would even go in there?

Big D specializes in restoring triumphs. Don't think that frame Is large enough to mount a big twin.

Who did you buy this from and they told you it was a Big Dog frame? They lied sir

Not theirs, they only work on Triumph frames. I'm still searching around online. Really would like to know more so as to know a lil history about it, and also to know what I'm working with.
