Here is their web site, I don't see anything about 2013 Dogs it was only on their facebook page. Maybe it was a sick joke?

"Custom Garage" This is the NEW 2013 Chopper (250) with a S&S 111 CuIn Motor that BDM Performance will start to produce in Jan.2013 For now the ONLY model that will be built untill thay get back on there feet, this one in the Pic is the Prototype for Euro and is now being tested for TÜV approvel

Unconfirmed releases the bankruptcy proceedings of the BDM Companie has been closed since mid-2012 now. The newly founded company KMW (Kansas Motorcycle-Works) which is currently still out of a few employees, has a first prototype of the framework - developed chopper and will bear the name of BIG DOG further - based on the BDM. The engine should be back by S + S with 111ci. With the gearbox supplier is one but not sure if nocht again Bakker - gear to be installed. The rear tire will have a width of 250. The brakes will come from Brembo. The price should be around the 23,000 - moving euros plus taxes.. Delivery of the first bikes will take place in March 2013 to traders.

I was told by one of the Big Dog dealers earlier this year that they would start back up after the election with a K9 250 and the Mastiff. "Someone" from the old regime had purchased the bike selling rights and Coleman would still own and support the parts biz. Looking like this might be the case.

Big dog was American. This new company is European. This is not the real big dog. How can they name the company kansas motorcycles when they are from europe?? Sounds like a Sham. Will they be available on the American market? At 25,000 euros....converted into dollars, and import charges.....Not likely.
what it sounds like to me is it was assembled in kansas, is being tested in EU to become world compliant and manufactured in US, for the most part. probably not as many parts made in US as before, making the '96-'11 BDM more desirable. JMHO, no facts to back it up.
