Before every event in Daytona I remove and wet sand my rims. But during the regular polishing, I use a metal polish I get from 75Chrome truck stop just south of Ocala. I dont recall the name and its too damn cold to go way out to the garage (I live out in the country) and look. But its about $20 a quart, and doesnt take much to bring out a gorgeous shine. No Powerball, all elbow grease. Plus with the pointy tips on my 05 rims, I figure it would shred the sponge on the ball.
As for the frame, I use regular ol' Polishing Compound from Wallyworld.
