Best way to polish wheels

I just joined the group. Finally own a chopper. My question is: I purchased a 2005 ridgeback with polished wheels. What is the best way and the best polish to use on these wheels. They are in good shape but I would like them to shine a little more. Any tips appreciated.

here we go again.

1) do an intro
2) use the search feature. been covered many times
3)lots of different products out there but one i have found works well is Flitz. available at boaters supply.
4) get a mini-powerball by mothers. will make job easier.

Go down to wallmart and get a mothers polishing ball and use your drill and some good billet polish.

Buff, Buff, Buff. A good thing to use is a paste called Semichrome. Its a fine jewlers rouge in a paste. Will make your stuff sparkle like diamonds. But if its just a fine haze then the power ball listed above and a good billet polish will work just fine for you.

I hate the power ball. Get old towel and a buffing wheel and a case of beer. Pull front and rear wheel off and do it up with Mothers polish

Don't have to polish my wheels but does it really take a whole case? It's usually lights out after about 18 for me

Chrome, thats the easiest way.

The powder coated wheels do not have the bright shine of chrome, at least all the ones I've seen didnt.

When using the polish by hand... try paper towel, its a bit more abbrasive... to finish it up, then using a yellow polishing rag to make a nice shine.
