Well, after several hours of trying to bring back to life a very old copper plate I have come to the conclusion that wizard polish wins by a landslide.
Here is the list I tried by hand and then with a powerball.
Wizards Metal Polish (no need for the powerball with this one)
Mothers Billet Polish (50% off at Advanced Auto Stores)
FLITZ (cost be $50 for a qt can)
Semichrome
Harley Metal Polish
Pig Snot
Mothers Metal Polish
The only one that took out stains was wizard's metal polish - the others no luck.
I also had an old HD case that was aluminum and again nothing came close to Wizards Metal Polish for ease of use and quality of shine.
Working on wax now .. so far I am liking the Zaino Z2 Pro with ZFX. I generally use a very expensive carnuba wax on my Corvette, Scoot and BMW and the Zaino seems to work the best.
