I spent Easter with the Wizard's cotton candy and I have to say I was impressed. :2thumbs: It is easier to use and much better - much - than Mothers billet polish:bang: . I was a happy camper in my garage! Now Moespeeds won't bust my chops that my scoot is dirty...

If it is dirty that means you've been riding dude. Ask Moe how many miles he has put on his the last couple months.

Best Aluminum Polish Ever!!
Have you ever tried "White Diamond" ? It's made by Kuryukin (sp). It's the best polish I've ever used. It's the consistency of watered milk. Goes on easy and comes off easy. You'll never think about chrome again!! I use the powerball on my rearwheel only.

Windshield, Paint & Chrome Polish
Try these...they're awesome and MUCH easier on clean-up than White Diamond or Wizards...IMO, and I've tried 'em all!

I use "Meguiar's Mag & Aluminum Polish". It is easy to purchase (no mail order) at your local K-Mart or Wal-Mart, cheap enough @ $7.50 or so a can (8oz.) and best of all, works GREAT! I don't think my wheels could get any more of a mirror-like-shine, using anything else. WHY PAY MORE?

I've used "Meguiars, Mothers, EagleOne Nano polish. But the Diamond Brite Truck Box polish worked the best for me.
I got it at Lowes for $12.85 a bottle. You gotta shake the crap out of it cause it separates.
It goes on easy and buffs right off to a mirror finsh. Once you try it you won't go back.:2thumbs:

Actually it's made and sold by Schultz Labs in Boone, IA. I have been using the White Diamond aluminum polish on my truck (which has a few square miles of polished aluminum and stainless) and all the bikes for a few years and honestly I wouldn't touch anything else. I have showed a few people on here how well it works and they have bought it for themselves. It's got a wax base so once you buff it off there's a coat of protection left behind.
As for the mist & shine stuff they sell, it works equally as well as the other products out there and doesn't leave any residue behind.
We get dozens of polishing products handed to us all year long. Everybody that has some new and amazing cleaner stops by the show trucks and gives us a bottle because they know that when people are standing there looking at 20+ shiny new bikes and they see a bottle of Big Bubba's Amazing Redneck Motocickle Polish on the table that they will want some for themselves. In all honesty, brand new bikes right out of the factory clean up just as good with a little mist of plain old fashoned water and a micro-fiber. However, I take every one handed to me, walk over to a bike a spray a little bit on the mirror then wipe it off. If it leaves any kind of a streak or risidue on the mirror it will do the same to the paint.

Choices in polishing materials are as varied as the riders on this site.
I too have tried just about everything out there, always in search of that elusive perfect polish. The only one I haven't tried yet is Wizards and I am going to order some tonight. So far though I eventually end up back with Mother's Billet every time though for that finishing scratch free shine.
Of course a big factor in judging these polishes is what you use to apply it and how you choose to apply it. I have found that if the polishing is not done during the day with good sunlight, not directly on the bike of course, you will end up with what I like to refer to as a "Fake Shine". That is, when your in the garage with the door closed everything looks wicked hot and literally better than chrome. But as soon as you slide that mutt out in to the light and look at her coat you see the true result of your hard work. A bunch of scratches.
You have to go at the aluminum just like paint. Dirty, oxidation, stains go with a heavy polish that will get that ugly stuff off. Mother's will do it but man you have to rub your ass off. So to avoid losing that ass use something like "The Bomb" to get those stains and oxidation off but "The Bomb" will leave you with that "Fake Shine" but it will get the heavy stuff off fast. You will then need to go at the Aluminum with something like Mother's Billet in stages. Stiffer clean white cotton cloth down to a softer clean white cotton cloth with very low pressure. If done in the daylight you can actually see the scratches disappear.
Of course none of this really means anything because the first ride and the aluminum is already busy getting messed up again.

Hey guys......my Dad has been riding the chopper regularly and says the pipes are already gold.....I have read all the threads on polish but most folks are referring to billet clean up......appears Wizards is the favorite...
To those with Stainless Creations are you able to get the shine back and what products/methods are you using??

I know everyone always talks about how great Wizards is and it is great i used it for a long time. But after I would shine up a part with Wizards i still saw some scratches. So a friend refered me on to using Wickeds after Wizards.
So to get the best shine for me I would use Wizards cloth and then Wickeds after. Hope this helps some people get a better shine
It made the shine come out alot better.
