My Bulldog died after jumping a bump at about 60MPH, I noted the positive battery terminal was little loose and one cable was about to break. Problem remains after fixing the cable and tighten the battery terminal, check battery OK, check Circuit Breakers OK, check fuses OK. Seem I finally need to replace the EHC on my 07 Bulldog, I did some research and found 3 available options, the EHC retrofit Kit by Wire Plus, the ESC plug n' play by Dead One Customs and the EHC RIP by Kansas Motorcycle Customs. The plug and play ESC by DOC seem the most attractive and sturdy alternative to me.

Any experience with these modules that you can share? any suggestions?

Thanks!

I have had my EHC Module go out on my 07 Chopper, two weeks ago... I have read almost ever thread on here about EHC.haha... it seems the Wires Plus is the least of the 3 mentioned...and have horrible customer service... my choice come down to the RIP kit and the DOC kit... I can say I wanted the DOC kit, due to the fact it doesn't change any function in the hand Controls.. But they are backed up at least 4 weeks... I ordered the RIP kit through Wild Steed for the fact that it will be here faster...and Curtis has been more than helpful.... I have talked to Both guys (Jeff and Curtis) and can't say anything bad about ether. Both was very helpful and informative... I my opinion, you can't go wrong with either of the two kits... depends on how long you want to wait to be back in the wind...
I hope this helps a little... Im sure the Vets will chime in with more info...

You can also get the thunderheart module, thats what rip kit and docs kit use. If you can wire it yourself, youll cut the price in half. $300 for the module and the switch converter
