I would take your tire off and check the bearings and spacers for wear.Well that's what I thought but they Dog gone sure pushed it back.

Strange...did you forget the big oval washer that goes in then the bolt?Less than a month ago just put brand new bearings and checked all that...

Start by counting the threads to get it close and the use a tap measure to check. Additionally when you check the slack make sure you rotate the belt and check it at different points.Ok folks I'm feeling pretty silly right about now. Loosened axle tightened belt, tightened axle, and torqued to 72 Ft Lbs then I thought I would just make sure adjustment screws were snug after torquing axle bolt and the screws still actually pushed the axle back is this common? If you don't have an alignment tool anyone have a grand idea to align rear wheel other than counting threads or tape measure? Thanks...

New pulley and belt are in order sorryHad actual mechanic look at it he said it had some wear but should not be slipping. Maybe I need
To tighten up a little more...

Both. He replaced the pulley, and because it had slipped so much, the belt needed to be replaced too.So what exactly ended up being the fix here?? Was it pulley or adjustment??
I'm just curious
