Belt Rub and Primary Cover 2003 Husky

Hi guys I imported above from US and getting complied in New Zealand. My guy tells me the drive belt is rubbing on the rear tire. Bugger. Also has a 3/4 inch hairline crack on primary cover. Any ideas on replacement sources or fixes appreciated. Cheers

Might be able to weld up the primary cover if it isn't chromed. and on your other post with the tire rubbing someone may have installed a bigger tire that will fit right or it could be a simple alignment problem, post up some pictures. If you go the welding route, you have to take the part off and make sure all the oil is out of the crack before welding. I just started welding aluminum and have learned that if it ain't clean it won't work and looks like sh*t
