Which kit is that? I have a 2004 would love to swap but cheap..

I know my factory inner primary is a Primo Rivera 1.5 inch off set.

so I assume I would need the Primo Rivera 2016-0131 kit? 1.5 inch offset, for 1990-1999 softtails.? Evo motor not big twin.

I'll have to check I don't remember but I think the spacer on the back of the pulley is a 2in

Recommend going with a 2.5” on the pitbull. The 4” on mine looked like a treadmill.
Yes I agree. The 4 inch on mind limits left turns. I bought mine with it on. He said 3,500 plus install. They are no longer in business. HITECH I even filed the bottom spike down. 4-D41A9D87-1484318-800.jpg

Okay I found my belt drive box and it's got a kit number on the side, I'm took a picture of it I'm sending it to you, mine also was inch and a half offset but still the front pulley required the 2-inch backspacer I put a tape measure on mine to the alternator and it did measure 2 in..., I hope this helps you out like I said this is a good setup I had it over 10 years same belt IMAG0431.jpg IMAG0431.jpg

I´ve been dreaming about an Open Primary for a long time now....

Baker?
Who to buy it from?
Clutch to go with it? Bandit?

etc. etc. etc.

I have the baker on my pitbull. I really like it. Only downside is that it only comes in 2.4" belt. I would have liked a little wider. 3" would be better. Any wider does start to look like a treadmill.

Hey franco, the baker comes with its own clutch. It's been holding up fine for me once I figured out how to get it adjusted right.

The baker doesn't whine. Some guys like it, others dont. It doesn't jingle when you have the clutch pulled in either like a lot of open primaries do.

I just got done having a Ultima 3.35 installed on my 04. Part# 58-730. It also needed a 1.5" spacer and a front sprocket spacer. I'm going to add the drag style outer support. 58-917 $320
