Hi guys, Boy, it's nice to get my shit together and get back here ! Been riding my '03 Chopper a lot lately since I got my head on straight. My wife of 16 years died in my arms on my birthday on April 25th. First it was breast cancer in '09, then lung cancer took her from me this year. I was pretty fucked up for a few weeks but I've pulled up my big boy pants and I've got to keep on ridin' ! Fucking cancer..... So, I just bought a Road King as the Chopper was lonely, now I can ride two up when needed. Who knows, maybe they'll mate and I'll have little 883 Harley Sporters soon...LOL ! Miss you guys, Shoo

My thoughts and prayers are with you too. Way too much loss. I can't imagine the pain you two are going thru.

Shooboy, sorry to hear about your wife. It takes a lot of effort and time to come back from such a devastating event as this. Wishing you all the best on the mending process. Stay aware when you're on the bike. Ride safe.

Randy, Sorry for your loss I know how you feel. Lost my wife suddenly last September after 40 years together. Still wondering what to do with myself. My advise get out there and ride it lifts me up. Spend time with friends and family. Don't shut yourself off from life.

Sorry to hear bro. Get out there and ride and when you feel the sun on your face and the wind at your back, know it's her riding along with you.
