Bearing failure after 200 miles?

Just replaced front, rear and head bearings. I did all but the front myself, I opted to have the dealership press them in because I was paranoid that I didn't have exactly the right size socket to drive them in without putting pressure on the walls. Well I have about 210 miles on them and my fronts are so bad I can hear them click over the motor at 40mph. I just finished pulling the hub apart and the non brake side is so bad it feels like a notch has formed at one spot. What could they have done to have them fail so quickly?? Well I guess I could have done something wrong but putting the front hub together and wheel on is pretty basic so I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything.

Are your front bearings the sealed type or the tapered timken roller bearing? Could be the squish tube if there a sealed type. Are the spacers in correctly?

They are the sealed kind. The front wheel installed easily, the 03 has the axle which screws together. I made sure not to crank it down I didn't want much pressure on the side walls. I'm pretty sure I followed the shop manual and put it together correctly i don't think the rotor would even come close to matching up with the calipers had I done it the other way.

Ddid the shop give you your old parts back? Maybe they forgot to change one bearing out. Never know.
