bdm windshield?

ive been flip flopping over getting a wind shield or not. i just dont know. how do you like it? is it worth the three hundred and fifty bucks they want for it? seems i only think of getting it when its cold anyway ! ha.

Well I have one for my '05 chopper and I certainly use it on my cross country ventures. At home and around town I do not have it on. But when I head out to the coast (over 1500 plus miles one way) and I am trying to do it in a day or two (at the most) I like having the windshield. It keeps some of the rain off you, takes some of the bite out of the cold, protects you from some of the bugs and rocks at 80 plus mph that come your way and just makes it easier to ride a long distance in a short amount of time.

right on. yeah i thought it would be high enough to block some of that stuff but low enough to keep some pressure off my chest. i just needed some one to comfirm that for me so i could spend the money !! ha. glad i found this site.

I have one on mine and use it when going on trips also. Takes about 2 minutes to remove. Makes a big difference when on the highway, especially if your wearing a helmet.
