HUGE props and thanks out to Ben, Tank, Shannon and Travis at BigDog Tampa!!! Of all the shops, metric, HD, other, I've never been taken care of better... continuously!
So a while back I said "Bike is OOC", due to my pulley wearing out and eating the belt... well I just didn't have the money for a new one, didn't have the money to get mine SuperMaxed and BigDog denied a claim stating that a pulley is a "wear item". I argued and said that a pulley shouldn't wear out in under a year (I did put 22K on it in my 1st year), but they didn't relent.
Ben recently found out I was still down and said he'd take care of it... and he and Tank did. They got me the new pulley, they covered the labor, I just paid for the new belt. They put the new pulley and belt on Saturday, adjusted my clutch, replaced a couple odds and ins.... and I've been roll'n every day since... THANKS!
When it's time for my cousin to replace is HD, he swears he's buying a Dog from BD Tampa, and another buddy of mine too... anyone I talk to I tell them about BD Tampa.
Once last thanks.... to Wayne (from Big Dog, KS), I know he got laid off, but I owe him a HUGE thanks for getting me that pulley before he walked out that door. I hope good luck/karma follows him and he prospers greatly... thanks brother.
